"Gin" and "Mannequin": Two Paratroopers of the @79_brigade Who Captured 14 Occupiers Following a prolonged drone attack on one of the frontline Russian positions and under the covering fire of their comrades, two soldiers from the 79th Separate Air Assault Brigade launched an assault. Approaching the enemy bunker at close range, the paratroopers with the call signs "Gin" and "Mannequin" threw several grenades at its entrance. Realizing they had no chance of escaping the bunker alive, the occupiers decided to surrender. Fourteen members of the "world's second army" simultaneously laid down their weapons and exited the bunker. Thanks to the professional actions, bravery, and heroism of "Gin" and "Mannequin," the exchange fund was significantly replenished, paving the way for the future release of many Ukrainian soldiers from Russian prisons.
