China and Russia strengthening co-operation?

Thus, in 2023, about 90% of microelectronics came to Russia from China. The federation uses them to produce missiles, tanks and aircraft. At the same time, the United States announced so-called 'significant consequences' if Chinese firms help Russia in the war against Ukraine.
