Fortifying the Eastern Flank: NATO's New Stronghold in Lithuania

In response to escalating regional tension, NATO ramps up its defences with the construction of a major military base in Rudninkai, Lithuania. The base will become the permanent location of 4,000 Bundeswehr troops by 2027.
