The USA should provide Ukraine with resources to defeat Russia and take a more decisive stance on the country's accession to NATO, – US diplomats John Herbst and Alexander Washbow said at the Kyiv Security Forum. They and 40 other top representatives of various countries signed a joint memorandum on providing global support to Ukraine. World understands that Ukrainian victory will not only bring peace in the region, but also potentially neutralise one of the biggest global threats.
