He formulated the key Ukrainian defence position in the future – Ukraine must become the air shield of all of Europe. Right now, there are not enough air defence systems to cover all the territory of Ukraine from Russian air and missile strikes, but accumulating a sufficient number of air defence systems is declared the number one priority for Ukraine.
