Over the past year, the peace formula became the basis for updating the existing security architecture. The formula proposed by Zelenskyy to the world community consists of 10 points. Each of them is designed to bring real peace and stop Russian aggression. However, peace is not possible without punishing the guilty. Therefore, the 7th point of the peace formula is devoted to the implementation of the special tribunal.
