Mike Johnson states that the Republicans, who are the majority in the lower house of Congress, have already reached a consensus – funding for Ukraine and Israel should be carried out separately. The US Department of Defence has also announced the 49th military aid package for Ukraine. This included additional missiles for HIMARS systems, anti-tank missiles, Stingers, Javelins, and 155-mm artillery shells.
