This is reported by Time magazine.

TIME100 Next recognises 100 emerging leaders who are shaping the future in business, entertainment, sports, politics, healthcare, science, activism and many other fields. Each year, the list includes showbiz stars, academics, politicians and government officials from around the world who are already changing the world and shaping our future.
"To create a list like TIME100 Next, we need research and reports from TIME's global network of editors and correspondents. We review hundreds of submissions and then meet weekly to discuss who makes the list. Through this process, we meet many extraordinary leaders who are creating change around the world. We hope this list gives you a glimpse into their important work," said Kate Matthews, editorial director of TIME.
"Each choice influences the next as we strive to include more and more diverse up-and-coming filmmakers, highlight the storylines that excite us this year, and find people whose talents and accomplishments complement the group as a whole," she adds.
Last year, three Ukrainians were included in the TIME100 Next ranking. Two government officials - Mykhailo Fedorov, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation, and Oleksandr Kubrakov, Vice Prime Minister for Recovery, Minister of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure. And also mathematician Maryna Vyazovska, a professor at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. She is the second woman to receive the Fields Medal, the highest award for mathematicians.
It should be noted that in 2022, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy topped the rating of people who, according to Time magazine readers, should be included in the list of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2022.
Zelensky received more than 3.3 million votes, or 5 per cent. Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk came in second place with 3.5 per cent of the vote, followed by British Prime Minister Boris Johnson with 3.4 per cent. Healthcare workers fighting the COVID-19 pandemic came in fourth place with 3.2 per cent of the viewers' votes, and US President Joe Biden came in fifth place with 3.1 per cent.
