NATO Announces New Ramstein Meeting

The Contact Group on Ukraine's Defence, known as the Ramstein format, will meet at NATO headquarters next week.
The Gaze reports on this with reference to the Alliance's press service.
As noted by the press service, the United Kingdom and Germany will convene the Contact Group on Ukraine's Defence at NATO headquarters on 4 June 2025.
The previous Ramstein format meeting was held on 11 April in Brussels. It was also convened by the United Kingdom and Germany.
The day after the Ramstein meeting, on 5 June, NATO defence ministers will meet at NATO headquarters to prepare for the bloc's June summit in The Hague.
The United Kingdom and Germany began to take care of Ramstein after the change of the presidential administration in the United States. Previous Ramstein meetings under the Joe Biden administration, starting in 2022, were chaired by the United States.
As The Gaze reported earlier, during a meeting in the Ramstein format on 11 April, the allies promised to provide Ukraine with military aid worth more than €21 billion. In addition, at the meeting, Germany and other countries created an ‘EBG coalition’ for Ukraine.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy then addressed the participants of Ramstein from Kryvyi Rih, calling for the provision of 10 Patriot systems.
