New digital services will appear in Ukraine in 2026
Minister of Digital Transformation Fedorov reveals the details
The Gaze reports on referring to Fedorov’s telegram channel.
In 2026, Ukraine will see the emergence of even more digital services. Ukrainians will be able to interact with the state quickly, transparently, and online—without visiting government agencies or filling out paperwork. Fedorov said during a meeting with President Volodymyr Zelensky, he discussed the digitization of government services and the development of projects that are a priority for the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
“Diia already has more than 23 million users. Next year, we are preparing even more digital services so that every Ukrainian can interact with the state quickly, conveniently, and transparently,” the minister assured.
According to Fedorov, the work of Administrative Service Centers (ASC) is being optimized. An updated State Statistics (Gosstat) portal was also recently launched, which will provide the state and citizens with access to high-quality statistics.
“Anti-corruption projects that are important for the state are also underway: e-Excise, e-Notary, e-Court, and the digitization of the gambling business. The first results of the reforms will be seen as early as next year,” the minister promised.
Telecom services have become a separate area of development. Work is underway to strengthen the stability of mobile networks. A pilot project for 5G and Direct to Cell is also being prepared, which will provide even better quality mobile communications and internet.
In the digital economy, Dіia.City is being further developed—through it, residents have already paid about 55 billion hryvnia in taxes. Work is also underway in the field of education with the Mriya app. Since the beginning of the school year, more than 2,500 schools have joined the system, and work is underway to integrate AI-based functionality and introduce elements of gamification into the learning process.
