The First F-35 for Poland Presented in the US
The US defence company Lockheed Martin has unveiled the first fifth-generation F-35 Lightning II Husarz fighter jet manufactured for Poland.
This was reported by the Polish Ministry of National Defence on the X network.
The presentation of the first Polish F-35 took place at a plant in Fort Worth, Texas.
The ceremony was attended by Deputy Ministers of National Defence Pawel Bejda and Cezary Tomczyk, US Ambassador to Poland Mark Brzezinski, Democratic Congressman from Texas Marc Veasey and Republican Senator from Arkansas John Boozman.

As The Gaze previously reported, Polish National Defence Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamisz said that Poland could transfer its MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine, as requested by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, only after it receives a more modern replacement.
