Ukrainian Foreign Minister: Russia’s Night Attacks Show That Putin Wants to Continue the War

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said that Russia's nighttime air attack on Ukrainian cities on 27 March demonstrated the Kremlin's unwillingness to negotiate to end the war. He wrote about this on the social network X.
Sybiha posted photos of the aftermath of Russian kamikaze drone strikes in various Ukrainian cities, including densely populated areas of Dnipro and Kharkiv.
‘No military objectives—only terror against civilians. Dozens of them were injured, including children.
Russia's actions show that Putin wants to prolong the war rather than reciprocating Ukraine, U.S., and partners' effort to end it,’ the minister said.
Three people were injured in the attack in Dnipro, and businesses, residential buildings and more than 60 cars were damaged. Eight drone strikes were recorded in Kharkiv, injuring 12 people.
According to the Air Force, Russia fired 86 attack UAVs at Ukraine, of which 42 were shot down and 26 missed their targets.
As The Gaze reported, during talks in Saudi Arabia, the United States agreed with Ukraine and Russia on a truce in the Black Sea and a ban on strikes on energy infrastructure in both countries.
