Ukrainian Startup Raises $1.5M for Battlefield-Proof Comms

Ukrainian defense tech startup Teletactica has raised $1.5 million in investment from MITS Capital and Green Flag, marking a major milestone for Ukraine’s growing military tech sector. The company is developing next-generation communication systems resistant to enemy electronic warfare — a critical capability on today’s frontlines, The Gaze reports.
The announcement was shared by Ukraine’s Minister for Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, who credited the government-backed Brave1 initiative for helping facilitate the deal.
“Ukrainian technologies are changing the rules of the game — Brave1 participant Teletactica has attracted $1.5 million from MITS Capital and Green Flag,” Fedorov said.
Just two years ago, Ukraine relied on imported communication systems. Now, domestic companies are producing high-tech solutions that are attracting international capital.
Teletactica’s systems are engineered to:
• withstand targeted radio jamming,
• operate across multiple data transmission speeds,
• and automatically switch frequencies under pressure.
These features are essential for unmanned systems on the battlefield, which require stable, secure communication in the most hostile environments.
“This is a critically important technology for unmanned systems, which need stable and protected communications under the toughest combat conditions,” Fedorov noted.
The investment in Teletactica, he said, sends a clear signal:
“Ukrainian technologies are already shaping the rules of the game — both on the battlefield and far beyond it.”
Ukraine’s Brave1 platform continues to connect defense startups with investors and accelerate innovation, helping build an ecosystem where local companies can not only defend the country but transform the future of warfare.
“We are developing Ukrainian defense tech and attracting even more international investment,” Fedorov added.
