32nd EnergaCAMERIMAGE Film Festival in Poland to Feature Special Ukrainian Programme for the First Time
A special Ukrainian programme will be presented for the first time at the 32nd EnergaCAMERIMAGE International Film Festival in Poland. This is reported by the State Film Agency of Ukraine.
‘The 32nd EnergaCAMERIMAGE International Film Festival, one of the world's largest events dedicated to the art of cinematography, will take place in the Polish city of Torun from 16 to 23 November. This year, for the first time in the festival's history, a special Ukrainian programme will be presented, organised by the KINOKO Ukrainian Film Festival,’ the statement said.
Ukraine will present four feature films, three of which were created with the support of the Ukrainian State Film Agency:
- La Palisiada
- Iron Butterflies
- Stop-Zemlia
- Dear, Beautiful, Beloved
In addition to the film screenings, the festival guests will be able to attend seminars with Ukrainian filmmakers who will share their experience and discuss the development of the Ukrainian film industry in times of war.
The festival will open with the film Blitz by the famous director Steve McQueen, winner of the Oscar and BAFTA awards.
As previously reported, Ukrainian films will also be screened at the Leeds International Film Festival, which will take place from 1 to 17 November in the UK.
