Renowned French actor Alain Delon is set to file a lawsuit against his son Anthony, deeply shocked by the media explosion orchestrated by him. The actor condemns comments aimed at causing harm to him and his daughter Anouchka, according to his lawyer, Me Christophe Ayela. The ongoing conflict within the Delon family, as reported by 7sur7, has taken a toll on the health of the French cinema legend.

The dispute arose from an interview where Anthony Delon stated that his father is weakened and can no longer bear to see himself diminished. Anthony also claims to have filed a complaint against his sister Anouchka, accusing her of not informing him about their father's failed cognitive tests between 2019 and 2022.

In response, Alain Delon's lawyer announced the actor's intention to file a defamation complaint against his son for comments intended to harm him and his daughter.

The first part of the Delon case, initiated in the summer of 2023, has concluded, with the prosecutor Jean-Cedric Go announcing the rejection of the children's complaints against Hiroko Rollin, a woman who shared several years of her life with the actor.

The accusations included violence against a vulnerable person, abuse of weakness against Alain Delon, moral pressure, illegal appropriation of correspondence, and cruel treatment of animals. However, the investigation found no evidence of violence, moral pressure, or abuse of weakness against Alain Delon.

Hiroko Rollin's counter-complaint against the Delon children for violence and theft during her eviction from the actor's property on July 5, 2023, was also rejected for the same reasons, according to the prosecutor's press release.

Earlier, another prominent French actress, Isabelle Adjani, faced court and was sentenced to 2 years of suspended imprisonment and a fine of 250,000 euros for tax fraud.
