Lithuania Issues Official Protest to Russia over Attacks on Ukraine

On Friday, the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry summoned a representative of the Russian Embassy because of Russia's attacks against Ukrainian civilians.
The Gaze reports on this with reference to the foreign ministry's post on the social network X.
‘A representative of the Russian Embassy was summoned today to express Lithuania's protest against the continuous bombing of civilians in Ukraine. The recent terrorist attacks violate all principles of international humanitarian law and in no way indicate Russia's readiness for peace,’ the Foreign Ministry said.
As The Gaze reported earlier, on the night of 24 April, Russia launched approximately 70 missiles, including ballistic missiles, and nearly 150 drones at Ukraine. As a result of the Russian massive attack in Kyiv, 12 people were killed and almost 90 were injured.
