Macron Outlines Three Key Priorities for European Military Support to Ukraine

French President Emmanuel Macron outlined three key priorities for military support to Ukraine during the European Political Community summit in Copenhagen.
The Gaze reports on it, referring to European Pravda.
Macron stressed that the primary task for European partners is to scale up and strengthen assistance to Ukraine.
Among the main areas, he named air defense and unmanned systems, noting their innovation and effectiveness on the battlefield.
“The level of innovation and effectiveness there is very impressive. Volodymyr ( Zelenskyy) has made it very clear what level of support and funding is needed for this to have an effect on the ground, and that this is one of the best contributions to changing the situation and enabling Ukraine to regain some territories,” said the French President.
Macron identified the development of Ukraine's long-range capabilities as the third important priority.
“We are working to speed up deliveries in these areas. We also need to accelerate joint projects and joint financing in these three areas,” he noted.
In addition, the French President stated at the European Political Community summit that drones that violate European airspace pose a serious threat and can be eliminated.
“It is very important to send a clear message. Drones that violate our borders pose a serious threat. They can be destroyed, period,” he stressed.
