Ukrainian logistics company Nova Post continues its active expansion across Europe, now extending its services to Hungary. This marks the tenth European country where Nova Post has established its presence, as announced by the company's press service.

The new branch, located in the capital of Hungary, Budapest, at 1066 Teréz körút 8, enables customers to send and receive documents, parcels, and shipments up to 100 kg to and from Ukraine. The branch operates daily, with a delivery time from Ukraine to Hungary estimated at 5 days.

The delivery rates from Ukraine to Hungary are as follows:

  • Documents: 6.5 euros
  • Parcels up to 2 kg: 10.4 euros
  • Parcels up to 10 kg: 15.5 euros
  • Parcels up to 30 kg: 31.1 euros
  • Freight from 30 to 100 kg: 1.05 euros per kilogram.

Additionally, customers have the option of Nova Post courier delivery to any address throughout Hungary, accessible through the website and mobile application. Courier delivery incurs additional charges, with +2.6 euros for shipments up to 30 kg or +6.5 euros per each additional 100 kg.

"The Nova Post branch in Budapest is unique because it not only offers express delivery services but also serves as a co-working space for the Ukrainian community. It's a place where Ukrainians and Ukrainian entrepreneurs can meet, work, exchange ideas, learn the language, and attend qualification courses, training, and lectures," shared Vyacheslav Klymov, co-owner of Nova Post.

The honorary guest at the opening was István Balog, the Chargé d'Affaires of Ukraine in Hungary, who was the first to send a welcoming postcard to Ukraine.

"The opening of Nova Post in the Hungarian market is a significant moment in strengthening cooperation between our countries. In these challenging times for Ukraine, the entry of strong and dynamic domestic companies into international markets demonstrates the adaptability, resilience, and invincibility of Ukrainian business, bringing benefits to consumers beyond our borders. Our common goal is to support such initiatives and build new bridges for economic growth and partnership," noted István Balog.

It is worth recalling that Latvia was the previous European country where Nova Post started its operations, making it the third Baltic country where Nova Post opened branches and courier services. The delivery time from Ukraine to Latvia is 5 days. The Riga branch of Nova Post allows customers to send and receive documents and parcels weighing up to 100 kg.
