Ukraine Won 100 Medals and Won the Overall Standings at the 2025 Summer Deaflympics
The Deaflympics were held from 15 to 26 November in Tokyo.

The Ukrainian team won the medal count at the 2025 Summer Deaflympics.
After 12 days of competition, the Ukrainians won 100 medals in 13 sports: 32 gold, 39 silver and 29 bronze. Swimming was the most successful, winning 23 awards, 8 of which were gold. Representatives of 79 teams competed in the Games.
The top three in the medal standings, far behind Ukraine, were the United States with 52 medals (32 + 12 + 8) and Japan, whose representatives won 36 awards (17 + 7 + 12).
The Ukrainian team won the Deaflympics medal count for the second time in a row, with 100 medals becoming the team's second-best result in its history. The record remains 138 awards in 2021.
The Deaflympics are the main sporting competition for people with hearing impairments.
