Zelensky : Ukraine Must Be Prepared for the Elections
The president responded to questions of journalists.
The Gaze reports on it according to Ukrinform.
"The most important thing is (...) that I am not clinging to my seat. I believe that Ukraine must be prepared for any developments. I have asked our partners to help with the security situation if there are elections, and I have told MPs to prepare options for how to implement this if the situation develops in this way. They must work out options for holding elections in the near future," Zelensky emphasised.
He also noted that he had received signals from the United States and President Trump regarding the Ukrainian presidential election. ‘Whether these signals are only from the United States or also from Russia, I do not want to comment on that now,’ he said.
As the Gaze reported earlier Zelensky Attempts to Rewrite Trump’s Peace Plan Rather Than Reject It.
