Maye Musk, the mother of entrepreneur and one of the world's wealthiest individuals, Elon Musk, believes that U.S. President Joe Biden is obstructing her son's efforts to improve the world. According to Business Insider, Maye Musk's comment came in response to a post by Federal Communications Commission representative Brendan Carr, who mentioned that several U.S. government agencies, along with his commission, had taken action regarding Elon Musk.

In his post, Brendan Carr specifically referred to Joe Biden's comment that Elon Musk's collaborations and technical ties with foreign nations "deserve attention" after his acquisition of Twitter. Biden made these comments during a White House press conference in November of the previous year.

"I am Elon Musk's mother. His goal is to make this world better. Joe Biden wants to stop him. Can you imagine how upset I am? People in other countries admire Elon and don't understand the motives of the U.S. president. Please tell me how I should respond to them," Maye Musk asked.

This Twitter exchange took place against the backdrop of the Federal Communications Commission confirming its decision in 2022 to deny subsidies of $885.5 million to Elon Musk's SpaceX and its Starlink project for creating a broadband communication system in rural areas of the U.S. The commission stated that Starlink failed to handle the burden of project funding and couldn't demonstrate its ability to provide promised services.

Other Musk-owned companies are also under scrutiny or close observation by government agencies. In October, the National Labor Relations Board filed a formal complaint, accusing company X (Twitter) of unlawful employee dismissal.

Yesterday, it was also revealed that another Musk-owned company, Tesla, is recalling over 2 million electric vehicles due to issues with the Autosteer autopilot. The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) investigated nearly 1,000 accidents over two years and believes that the risk of accidents increases when the autopilot is activated, and the driver is not ready to intervene or unsure if the autopilot is working. Following this news, Tesla's stocks fell yesterday.
