‘I am very grateful for this meeting and for the way His Majesty helps Ukraine and supports us,’ the President of Ukraine told reporters.
In his turn, Starmer posted a video of the meeting on X network and wrote: ‘We must face this moment together. To guarantee the best possible outcome for Ukraine. To protect European security. And to secure our common future.’
In his speech, Starmer said that the UK would take important steps to help Ukraine. Among them is the possible deployment of a military contingent.
