On Day of Trump’s Peace Call, Russian Strikes Kill 22 in Ukraine

On the day that US President Donald Trump called on the Kremlin to end the war, Russian strikes killed 22 Ukrainians and wounded 85.
The Gaze reports on it, referring to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Telegram.
Zelenskyy recalled the important words of US President Donald Trump regarding Russia's hypocrisy, as it continues to kill people under the guise of peace negotiations.
It is reported that in the past 24 hours, when everyone felt hope for an end to the killings, the Russian army killed 22 people in Ukraine. Another 85 people were wounded. Russian strikes hit 73 Ukrainian cities and villages.
At night, the Russians fired missiles at a city hospital in Kamyanske, killing three people, including a 23-year-old pregnant woman named Diana.
At the end of the day, when Trump made it clear that Russia must end this war, Russian aircraft carried out a targeted strike on a correctional colony in the Zaporizhzhia region, deliberately attacking civilians. The bombing left many dead and 43 wounded, including people with serious injuries.
“All this shows that Moscow deserves very tough, truly painful, and therefore fair and effective sanctions pressure,” Zelenskyy said. The President of Ukraine expressed his gratitude to the US President for his commitment to achieving peace, as well as to all other leaders who are helping Ukraine to defend itself.
As The Gaze reported earlier, US President Donald Trump announced during a meeting with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer that he has given Vladimir Putin a new 10–12 day deadline to end the war against Ukraine, citing a lack of progress.
