Russia’s Strikes Kill Three, Injure Dozens Across Ukraine in a Single Day

At least three civilians were killed and more than 30 injured in the past 24 hours as Russian forces carried out strikes on Ukraine’s Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions, according to regional military administrations.
The Gaze reports on this with reference to Radio Liberty.
In the Donetsk region, two people were killed in Kostiantynivka and Torske, regional governor Vadym Filashkin reported. Four others were injured – two in Pokrovsk and two in Kramatorsk.
In Kharkiv, governor Oleh Syniehubov said six settlements came under attack.
One person was killed and 15 injured, including two children.
Eleven people were wounded in Chuhuiv, among them a 10-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl.
In Kupiansk, a 55-year-old woman was killed and five others were injured.
“Civil infrastructure facilities were damaged and destroyed: in the Kupyansky district, two apartment buildings, a school, two private houses, a shop were damaged; in the Chuhuyiv district, a dormitory, a service station, 10 cars, postal infrastructure, and a non-functioning building were damaged,” Syniehubov said.
In the Kherson region, 11 civilians were injured over the course of the day, governor Oleksandr Prokudin reported.
Russian forces used drones, artillery, and airstrikes to hit dozens of settlements.
Targets included residential neighborhoods and critical infrastructure: two apartment buildings, 26 private homes, a gas pipeline, a fuel station, a garage, and civilian vehicles.
Despite ongoing denials by Moscow, Ukrainian authorities and international observers emphasize that Russian forces continue to deliberately target civilian infrastructure – actions widely described as war crimes.
