Syrskyi: Ukrainian Drones Strike 66,5 Thousand Enemy Targets in September

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Oleksandr Syrskyi reported that in September, Ukrainian unmanned aerial systems (UAS) struck 66,5 thousand enemy targets, underscoring their important role in the war against Russia.
The Gaze writes on this, referring to a statement made by Oleksandr Syrskyi on Facebook.
According to him, the results in the area of unmanned systems are tangible: the total number of hits in September increased by 10.8% compared to August, with about 39,200 hits coming from kamikaze drones.
In addition to material losses, significant enemy casualties were recorded—18,159 military personnel, which is 23% more than in the previous month.
The Commander-in-Chief also noted the rapid growth in the role of robotic ground systems. The number of tasks performed by them has almost doubled, which indicates that commanders are paying more attention to this element of combat systems.
“The advantage in the use of FPV remains in our favor, although the enemy is doing everything to achieve parity,” Syrsky said, noting that the enemy is also investing in the development of UAV units.
Therefore, according to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are continuing to scale up their unmanned systems units.
The Commander-in-Chief of the AFU also set tasks for the further development of UAS units, optimization of their structure, and improvement of interaction with infantry units.
Syrskiy noted earlier that strikes on Russia’s fuel complex have created problems with logistics and the supply of its army. This directly affects the enemy’s ability to conduct active operations.
