Denmark, France, and Lithuania Provide Over €150 Million to Support Ukraine's Defence Industry
Ukraine has received more than €150 million to support its defence industry from Denmark, France and Lithuania, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine reports on its website.
In particular, 111 million euros were allocated to strengthen the Armed Forces with the latest Ukrainian-made munitions.
Another €29 million is a grant from the French government to strengthen Ukraine's security and defence.
And €10 million is earmarked for the development of the Ukrainian defence industry.
‘These funds will be used, among other things, to produce missiles, deep-strike drones and artillery pieces,’ said Ukraine's Defence Minister Rustem Umerov.
