Zelenskyy Arrives in UK
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived at Downing Street on Thursday, where he was met by British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

The leaders hugged and shook hands without answering questions from the press, then entered the British Prime Minister's residence.
The meeting takes place one day before the summit between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska, where they will discuss ending the war in Ukraine.
Zelenskyy, Starmer and European leaders held a telephone conversation with the US president on Thursday, during which they agreed that no decisions regarding Ukraine could be made without Ukraine, and that the first step should be a ceasefire.
Zelenskyy said that Trump would call him after meeting with the Kremlin leader.
The US president also said that if the meeting with the Kremlin leader in Alaska goes well, he will hold a second meeting in which Zelenskyy will be able to participate.
