Zelenskyy Hosts NATO Secretary General in Odesa

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte visited Odesa with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The Gaze reports on this with reference to Rutte's tweet on social network X.
The Secretary General emphasized NATO's unwavering support and pledged to continue to help Ukraine.
'The Ukrainian people have been through so much - not just the Russian attack on Sumy on Palm Sunday. NATO's support is unwavering. We will continue to help Ukraine so that it can defend itself today and deter future aggression, ensuring a just and lasting peace,' Rutte wrote.
For his part, Zelenskyy said on X that he and Rutte had visited a hospital where Ukrainian defenders are recovering from their injuries.
'We talked to the soldiers. I honoured the defenders with state awards. I thank the guys for their strength, for their endurance, for protecting our people,” he wrote.
As The Gaze reported earlier, on April 4, after the NATO ministerial meeting, Rutte said that the Alliance's decision on Ukraine's membership in NATO remained unchanged, despite all political statements.
