Bring Kids Back UA: Another Group of Children Saved from Occupation

Another 16 Ukrainian children were rescued from the temporarily occupied territories thanks to the Bring Kids Back UA initiative and the efforts of the Save Ukraine team.
The Gaze reports on it, referring to the Bring Kids Back UA initiative on Facebook.
Among the rescued children is 15-year-old Polina, who miraculously remained safe with her aunt, while her mother, father, and older brother have been held captive for over two years on fabricated charges of “espionage.”
Other stories of rescued children testify to the scale of violence and fear.
14-year-old Valeria and her 7-year-old sister Alina survived a fire that destroyed their home and all their documents, leaving the family with only the clothes on their backs.
15-year-old Victoria and her parents lived in almost complete isolation for a long time, fearing the consequences of the occupying authorities, who could forcibly take the children away.
Ten-year-old Myroslav was illegally taken away from his parents under the pretext of “guardianship,” with the family being blackmailed and facing arbitrary restrictions.
All rescued children are now safe, receiving psychological assistance, restoring their documents, and gradually returning to normal life.
The rescue was made possible due to cooperation with partners Save Ukraine, We Are All Ukrainians, and the Joint Center for the Coordination of the Search and Release of Prisoners of War and Illegally Detained Persons.
“We will not stop until every Ukrainian child returns home to Ukraine,” the statement said.
The Gaze reported earlier that the number of places where Ukrainian children are being held in Russia has risen sharply, with more than 210 locations identified for their re-education and militarization.
