Netherlands to Give Ukraine New €200 Million Humanitarian and Energy Aid Package
On Monday, Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof, who arrived on a visit to Ukraine, announced a new aid package worth more than €200 million.
The Prime Minister wrote about it on the X network.
‘We must do everything we can to help Ukraine keep going. Not only on the front line, but also in the everyday lives of people. That is why the Netherlands is providing a new significant support package worth more than 200 million euros,’ Schooff wrote.
He noted that the aid package is mainly aimed at protecting and restoring energy infrastructure, and also includes additional funding for humanitarian aid.
Schooff assured that Ukraine can count on further support from the Netherlands.
‘My first visit to the country as Prime Minister of the Netherlands has confirmed my conviction that we must continue to support Ukraine,’ Schoof said.
