This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister  of Poland

The Gaze reports on it according to Ukrinform.

Polish  Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence  Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview with Radio ZET.

"As soon as the perpetrators who planned, planted and carried out the attack are apprehended, we will have absolute certainty. But analysing the events in Poland, Europe, the situation at airports, acts of sabotage in other countries, arson attacks in shopping centres – all traces lead east, to Russia," he stressed. According to him, this is part of the hybrid war that Russia is waging against NATO, Europe, and Poland in an attempt to cause concern and fear.

"We must be cautious, but not afraid, submissive, but strong. All this is being done to destroy unity within countries, destroy alliances and sow uncertainty," the minister stressed.

He reported that cameras were found near the sites of sabotage, presumably to record the explosion or monitor the railway online. This is currently being investigated by the Polish special services.

According to him, Poland is currently in a state of ‘between war and peace’ because of cyberattacks, acts of sabotage, large-scale disinformation, the destruction of critical infrastructure throughout Europe, and the artificial creation of new migration routes to increase instability.

Kosiniak-Kamysz also said that the Polish army is ready to support the police and the railway security service in patrolling near railway connections. At the same time, he denied that the Polish government is seriously considering the possibility of introducing a state of emergency.

Polish special services have established that the explosives on the tracks near the village of Mika were detonated remotely using a mobile phone. The security services have established whose passport was used to purchase two SIM cards, one of which was used in the sabotage, but they emphasise that the passport holder is not necessarily the perpetrator. The second explosive device did not detonate for unknown reasons.
