Over 60% of Americans Believe US Should Continue Military Aid to Ukraine

An overwhelming majority of Americans, including both Democratic and Republican voters, believe that the Donald Trump administration should continue military support for Ukraine.
The Gaze reports on this with reference to the results of the Harvard CAPS/Harris Poll.
62% of voters believe that the Trump administration should continue to provide weapons to Ukraine and impose sanctions on Russia.
Among Democratic supporters, 71% of respondents share this opinion; among Republicans, 59%.
In addition, 64% of Americans believe that Ukraine should receive direct security guarantees from the United States if it makes concessions to end the war with Russia. This opinion is shared by the majority of voters of all parties.
As The Gaze reported earlier, citing The Telegraph, US President Donald Trump, once committed to swiftly ending the Ukraine War, has now shifted toward a strategy of ‘maximum pressure’ on Russia, following Vladimir Putin's rejection of a ceasefire and continued aggression in eastern Ukraine.
