UAE Plans to Buy Stake in Ukrainian Rocket Manufacturer Flamingo

The United Arab Emirates intends to acquire a minority stake in Ukrainian defence technology company Fire Point, valued at $2.5 billion.
This is a unique case for the Ukrainian defence industry.
The deal involves the EDGE defence group, which is owned by the UAE sovereign wealth fund. Fire Point has already submitted the necessary documents to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
According to sources, the agreement involves the sale of approximately 30% of the company for around $760 million.
