Ukraine Strikes Key Russian Ammunition Plant and Oil Terminal

On the night of October 6, Ukrainian units struck an explosives factory in Yekaterinburg, a marine oil terminal in Feodosia, and an ammunition depot belonging to the occupiers in Crimea.
The Gaze reports this, referring to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
Ukrainian Defense Forces units struck the federal state-owned enterprise “Sverdlov Plant” — one of Russia's largest manufacturers of explosives, capable of producing a wide range of ammunition.
It is responsible for the manufacturing of aviation and artillery shells, aerial bombs, cumulative warheads for anti-tank missiles, warheads for air defense systems, and more. Numerous explosions and fires were recorded at the facility.
In addition, the facilities of the Sea Oil Terminal JSC in Feodosia have been damaged. This is a multifunctional complex for the transshipment of oil and petroleum products.
“It is involved in supplying the occupying army of the Russian aggressor,” reads the statement of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The strike on the terminal caused a large-scale fire, complicating logistics chains and the supply of fuel for military use.
There are also reports of a strike on an ammunition depot belonging to a separate logistics battalion of the Russian Federation's 18th Combined Arms Army in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea. The results of the strike are being clarified.
“The defense forces continue to take all measures to undermine the military and economic potential of the Russian occupiers and force the Russian Federation to stop its armed aggression against Ukraine,” the General Staff emphasized.
As The Gaze informed on October 5, Ukrainian drones struck one of Russia's largest oil refineries, the Lukoil refinery in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod Region, causing a fire on the premises.
