Zelenskyy Says Russia Preparing New Offensives in Three Ukrainian Regions

According to Ukrainian intelligence, Russia is planning new offensives in Sumy, Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine.
This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a meeting of European leaders in Paris, his official website reports.
‘According to our intelligence, Russia is getting ready for new offensives against the Sumy, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions. They’re dragging out the talks and trying to get the U.S. stuck in endless, pointless discussions about fake “conditions” just to buy time and then try to grab more land,’ the Ukrainian leader said.
Zelenskyy also stressed that Russia seeks to continue the war, so the partner countries must maintain sanctions pressure on Russia and develop a joint plan to deploy a guarantee force.
He said that Ukraine needs to invest in the joint production of air defence systems, artillery shells and drones.
As The Gaze reported, during a meeting of leaders to support Ukraine in Paris, President Zelenskyy called on partner countries to create ‘one clear plan’ for the deployment of their peacekeeping forces in Ukraine and noted that now is not the time to lift sanctions against Russia.
