Financial Resources of Ukrainian Army Are Under Digital Control
The Budget information system is launched.
The Gaze reports on it according to Shmyhal’s Telegram.
Ukrainian Defence Minister Denys Shmyhal has signed an order to launch the Budget information system, which will enable more efficient use of funds by the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
‘The financial resources of the army are under digital control. I have signed an order to launch the Budget information system. Now, information on the use of budget funds in the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces is always up to date and collected in one place,’ Shmyhal said.
According to him, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the command and military units can see online every day how much money has been allocated, used and remains.
‘No waiting for quarterly reports, no delays and no “blind spots” — everything is timely and transparent. This allows for much more accurate management of funding: noticing delays, identifying inefficiencies and responding quickly. More than 60% of fund managers are already working in the system,’ Shmyhal emphasised.
