NATO Confirms Ukraine's Participation in June Hague Summit

Ukraine has received an invitation to the NATO leaders' summit, which will take place on 24-25 June in The Hague, an Alliance official said.
The Gaze reports on this with reference to European Pravda.
The official noted that information about the agenda of the summit in The Hague will be made public ’at the appropriate time.’
‘But we can confirm that Ukraine will be with us in The Hague,’ the interlocutor added.
The day before, the media reported that NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte had officially invited Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to participate in the upcoming Alliance summit in The Hague, which had been in question for some time.
The media wrote that the American side allegedly opposed inviting Volodymyr Zelenskyy to the NATO summit. However, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio denied this information.
As The Gaze reported earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte held a phone conversation to discuss coordinated steps toward securing a ceasefire with Russia, future sanctions measures, and long-term NATO support for Ukraine, The Gaze reports.
