Prince Harry’s Foundation Donates $500,000 to Support Children in Ukraine, Gaza

Prince Harry’s Archewell Foundation has pledged $500,000 to projects aimed at helping children affected by war in Ukraine and the Gaza Strip, including initiatives led by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Save the Children.
The Gaze reports this, referring to Reuters.
The announcement came during the prince’s visit to the UK, where he toured the Centre for Blast Injury Studies (CIS) at Imperial College London.
The center conducts research into injuries suffered during conflicts and natural disasters, with a particular focus on children.
“No organization can tackle this issue alone,” Harry said while highlighting the importance of collective action.
According to CIS, children are seven times more likely than adults to die from blast-related injuries.
The three grants include $200,000 for WHO to fund medical evacuations from Gaza to Jordan, $150,000 for Save the Children to provide long-term humanitarian support in Gaza, and $150,000 for CIS to advance the development of prosthetics for children injured in Ukraine and Gaza.
As The Gaze informed earlier, the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine (HUR) published information about seven individuals and three organizations involved in the militarization of Ukrainian children in temporarily occupied territories, as well as in the illegal placement of these children in Russian families.
