UEFA Fines PSG and Milan for Fans' Inappropriate Behavior

The UEFA Control, Ethics, and Disciplinary Body has fined Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and AC Milan tens of thousands of euros for incidents involving their fans.
In particular, PSG has been fined €98,000 for incidents at its stadium during the Champions League match against Milan on October 25. The Parisian club will pay €75,000 for the use of pyrotechnics, €18,000 for blocking public areas, and €5,000 for a fan running onto the field, as reported by Mundo Deportivo.
Additionally, UEFA has decided to partially close the Parc des Princes stadium for one Champions League match for PSG, with the condition that this sanction will be suspended for two years. If there are further serious violations by fans during this period, the punishment will take full effect.
Similarly, AC Milan has been fined €20,000 for disturbances in the away section and an additional €3,000 for the use of flares during the same match.
PSG and Milan are not the only clubs receiving fines from UEFA for fan behavior. Following the match between Antwerp and Porto, the Belgian club was fined €20,000 for incidents involving the crowd and partial closure of its stadium during the next European cup match, while Porto received a €35,750 fine for pyrotechnics.
The Celtic vs. Atletico match in the same round led to penalties from UEFA for both clubs. The Scottish club will pay €29,000: €8,000 for blocking, €3,500 for flares, and €17,500 for offensive behavior. Atletico's punishment amounts to €3,000 for the use of pyrotechnic materials and a warning for the team's improper conduct.
After the Lille vs. PSV match on October 24, the French club must pay €3,000 for flares, and the Dutch club is fined €25,000 for throwing objects, flares, and damaging the stadium. Additionally, the Dutch team has a two-year ban on ticket sales for its next away match.
In the Europa League, Roma received the highest fine of €50,000 for blocking passages, throwing objects, and using pyrotechnics in a match against Slavia Prague. The Czech club was fined €20,000 for similar incidents and is prohibited from selling tickets for its next away match if it violates the rules during a two-year probationary period.
Fiorentina was fined €44,000 for field obstruction and the use of flares in a match against Red Star Belgrade.
In the Euro qualifying matches held in October, UEFA imposed fines on 25 teams. The highest fine, totaling €103,500, was given to Hungary for events on October 14 against Serbia. This included €80,000 for throwing objects, €5,500 for pyrotechnics, and €18,000 for field obstruction.
