Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba will visit Italy to take part in the Group of Seven ministerial meeting on 17-19 April.  The ministry's press service reports.

In Italy, the Foreign Minister will take part in a special session dedicated to strengthening international support for Ukraine. Dmytro Kuleba will also hold a number of bilateral talks, including with the heads of diplomacy of the UK, Italy, Canada, Germany, France, Japan, the US, the EU and the NATO Secretary General, the statement said.

The key topics of the talks will be the urgent provision of additional Patriot batteries and other air defence systems to Ukraine to protect it from Russian terror, counteracting cooperation between the Russian and North Korean regimes, and the use of frozen Russian assets to support Ukraine.

"Three days ago in the Middle East, we saw what reliable protection of human lives from missiles looks like. Ukraine's partners have the necessary means to help us save Ukrainian lives with the same level of efficiency. We are grateful to Germany for having already made an important decision to provide Ukraine with an additional battery of Patriots," said Dmytro Kuleba this morning after another Russian missile attack on a Ukrainian city with numerous casualties.

As reported by The Gaze, this morning, Russian occupation forces launched a missile attack on the Ukrainian city Chernihiv. As a result of three missile hits in the city centre, at least 13 people were killed and more than 60 wounded.

"This would not have happened if Ukraine had received a sufficient number of air defence systems and if the world's determination to counter Russian terror had been sufficient," the President of Ukraine said.

"Determination matters. Support matters. Ukrainian determination is sufficient. The determination of our partners must be sufficient and, as a result, sufficient support," Volodymyr Zelenskyy added.
