London Hosts First Forum of Ukrainian NGOs “Stronger Together”

The first Forum for Ukrainian Community and Charitable Organizations, “Stronger Together Forum for Cooperation and Aid,” was held in London, becoming a new platform for strengthening cooperation and support for Ukraine.
The Gaze reports this, referring to the Embassy of Ukraine to the UK on Facebook.
The Stronger Together Forum for Cooperation and Aid brought together more than 250 participants. It was organized by Support Ukraine/London Euromaidan, British-Ukrainian Aid, and the Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain in cooperation with the Embassy of Ukraine.
Representatives of British charitable organizations that actively help Ukraine also joined the work.
In his speech, the Ambassador of Ukraine to the UK, General Valerii Zaluzhnyi, emphasized the important role of the Ukrainian diaspora in supporting the state during the war and called for further strengthening of unity.
Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Nadiya Kuzmychova and President of the World Congress of Ukrainians Pavlo Grod delivered video addresses, emphasizing the importance of coordination and mutual support among Ukrainians around the world.
British MP Joe Powell also expressed his solidarity on this Forum.
“The Forum laid the foundation for a long-term communication platform for the Ukrainian community in the United Kingdom, ensuring effective interaction between civic initiatives, charitable foundations, and state institutions,” the statement follows.
Words of gratitude were expressed to all those who contributed to the work of the Forum and continue to make significant contributions to supporting Ukraine and consolidating the Ukrainian community in the United Kingdom.
As The Gaze reported earlier, the Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada) took a historic step by ratifying a 100-year partnership agreement with the United Kingdom, laying the foundation for deeper cooperation in security, economics, and science for centuries to come.
