Nova Post Now Operates in Hamburg: Ukrainian Company Opens Third Branch in Germany
Ukrainians living in Hamburg and its surrounding areas now have the opportunity to send items back home and receive parcels from Ukraine through Nova Post, which opened its branch in the city on October 2nd. The branch is located at Hammerbrookstraße 73, 20097, Hamburg, as stated on the company's website. It operates from Monday to Saturday and accepts regular parcels, documents, and oversized shipments weighing up to 100 kg. The delivery time to Ukraine is as fast as five days.
Currently, Ukrainians in Germany can send their parcels through Nova Post branches in Berlin and also book Nova Post couriers for delivery to any address throughout the country. The company has ambitious plans to expand its network in Germany, with a total of 17 branches set to be opened by the end of 2023 in Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Dresden, and more.
Sergiy Symonov, CEO of Nova Post in Germany, stated, "We are rapidly expanding our own branch network in Germany. By the end of the year, we will open 17 more branches in Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Dresden, and others. In addition, we plan to offer our customers the option of receiving parcels from Ukraine at post offices and pickup points in stores in the near future."
As previously reported, the first Nova Post branch in Germany opened in Berlin on June 30th, and the second in the western part of Berlin, in the Charlottenburg district, on July 17th, 2023.
Apart from Germany, the Ukrainian company has branches in several other European countries. In the Czech Republic, there are currently around 30 Nova Post branches, including one cargo branch and 15 automated post offices, mostly located in the capital, Prague.
A substantial network of Nova Post branches and automated post offices is also present in Poland, with approximately 20 branches operating in most major cities, including Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk, Katowice, and others.
In Moldova, there are 16 Nova Post branches and over 200 automated post offices, situated in Chisinau, Causeni, Balti, and other cities across the country.
In Lithuania, there are currently two Nova Post branches – one for cargo and one for postal services – located in the capital city, Vilnius, as well as in Kaunas.
Nova Post also operates a branch in Bucharest, Romania.
