Ukrainian Boxer Usyk Tops Ranking of World's Best Heavyweights
Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk has topped the ranking of the best heavyweight boxers by the reputable sports portal GiveMeSport.
Usyk topped the heavyweight rankings after his recent victory over Tyson Fury for the second time in a row.
‘This pair of victories means he has defeated all three of his closest rivals in the division, having already beaten Joshua twice and knocked out Daniel Dubois,’ the publication writes.
The 37-year-old Usyk has 23 wins, 16 of which were by knockout, and is also the WBA, WBC, WBO and IBO world champion.
The top ten of the rating includes:

- Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs);
- Tyson Fury (34-2-1, 24 KOs);
- Anthony Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs);

As The Gaze previously reported, the 12-round fight between Usyk and Fury ended on the night of 22 December in the Saudi capital Riyadh with a unanimous decision in favour of the Ukrainian - 116-112, 116-112, 116-112.
Afterwards, World Boxing Council (WBC) President Mauricio Sulaiman called Usyk ‘one of the greatest boxers of our generation’.
